Elisa Barile

Piano

Elisa Barile is a graduate from The Catholic University of America with an MM in Piano Pedagogy and Performance. She also worked there as the Graduate Director for Music Liturgy and Worship and as a private piano professor. She is currently Department Chair of Performing Arts at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. At Bishop Eustace she is the director of the choir and instructor of their piano program.

She started her musical studies at 7 years old. Elisa plays trumpet, euphonium, pipe organ, and sings. She is a first prize winner of Vivo International competition, National Young Musicians Competition and Maestro Competition. She has performed in venues such as Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall, Merklin Hall, Lincoln Center.She also has participated in and performed at the Summit Music festival in Italy and New York, as well as Orpheus International Festival in Vienna Austria.

In addition to her solo piano performances, Elisa has vocal directed musicals: Once on this Island, Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Lion King, Cinderella, 9 to 5 and The Addams Family.
