Saxophone - Clarinet

I'm a professional saxophonist, woodwind doubler, and music educator based in South Jersey. I began playing saxophone at age ten, and that early passion led me to the University of the Arts, where I earned a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Performance with a Minor in Music Education and received the University of the Arts' Michael Brecker Saxophone Award, graduating magna cum laude in 2024. There I studied under acclaimed musicians including John Swana, Chris Farr, and Mark Allen, immersing myself in ear training, advanced theory, and musicianship across my instruments.

As a performer, I've played behind renowned artists such as Wayne Newton, The Stylistics, and Pablo Batista, and have appeared on some of Philadelphia's most notable stages — the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music, and the Forrest Theatre, where I performed the Reed 3 book of the Broadway production of Some Like It Hot. I play with the Philly Pops big band, along with weddings, cover bands, and jazz groups throughout the tri-state area. Outside of music, I also work as a frontend web developer, building websites and applications for the music world and beyond.

At the Conservatory of Musical Arts, I teach private lessons in saxophone and clarinet, with a focus on building strong fundamentals — and on showing students of all ages and levels that even the most challenging concepts can be genuinely fun to learn.
